An Artisanal Seafood Smokehouse in America's Oldest Seaport

At Twin Light Smokehouse, we smoke freshly caught, ethically-sourced seafood in small batches using simple ingredients and natural smoke flavors.

Based in Gloucester, MA, Twin Light Smokehouse is a proud division of Cape Ann Fresh Catch, America’s largest community-supported fishery, founded and owned by women.  Our fish is locally-caught honoring our commitment to maintaining a thriving fishing community and just economy for our community-based fishermen. We responsibly source our mussels and Norwegian salmon from fisheries certified for their sustainable practices.  

Cape Ann Fresh Catch purchased the smokehouse in 2020 as a way to be a zero waste community supported fishery.  We smoke any fresh fish not sold through our seasonal shares and pieces of our smoked fish not used in our finished goods are made use of in our spreads or limited release special items.  

At Twin Light, we are committed to supporting a local, diverse and healthy food system.  Our smoked fish, mussels and spreads are made with no additives, only clean ingredients, real salt and no soy.  They are an excellent source of protein, vitamin D, iron and Omega-3 providing our consumers with a fresh and healthful food choice.
